What do you love about boxing? How did you get into training? What are you fighting for?:
I started boxing at the age of eight years old. I feel like it was my calling because I tried every sport you can think of, from basketball to football, baseball, etc. You name it, I’ve done it. Not to say I was not good at them all, boxing was just the sport that I was most drawn to. I come from a fighting family, my father is my coach and he didn’t want me to box. But something in me kept wanting to box. I started training and I hated it, then I had my first amateur fight at age thirteen, and lost. I told myself from there on out that I refused to lose ever again. From then on, I was hooked.
Describe your style of teaching.
Extreme cardio, intense strength training, and boxing 101.
Favorite type of music to play during class?
Rap and Hip-Hop.
