High energy, motivating and enthusiastic. I like to be loud yet attentive to detail with clear instruction. I love to answer questions and to teach at all levels. My classes will be challenging yet a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

Favorite type of music to play during class?
Depending on the day I like to shuffle between a Hip Hop/Rap playlist and EDM/House music!

What are you fighting for?
I fight for the version of myself that couldn’t. For 10 year old Sierra who bottled up every scream and quietly endured every emotional punch to the gut. I fight because it makes me feel strong. Because I am strong. I fight because I am a badass. I fight for every little girl who is struggling to find her strength, I fight to show them that finding it is possible.
